The system monitors and protects the batteries from over-voltage and under-voltage in each individual component and also conditions of excessively high or excessively low temperatures. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Based on the condition of the battery or batteries, the BMS system:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\n<li>It will generate an alarm warning signal to alert of an impending battery low battery condition.<\/li>\n<li>It will disable voltage inversion on VE.Bus inverters or inverters\/chargers via VE.Bus and will disable other loads via the &#8220;Load Disconnect&#8221; terminal in case of under-voltage conditions of a component.<\/li>\n<li>It will disable charging on VE.Bus inverters or inverters\/chargers via VE.Bus and will disable other chargers via the &#8220;Charge Disconnect&#8221; terminal in the event of an overcurrent condition, excessively low or excessively high battery cell temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Remote activation\/deactivation terminals.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deactivate VE.Direct and VE.Can solar chargers via a GX device.<\/li>\n<li>Allows the VE.Bus inverter\/charger to be controlled by multiple devices such as the Digital Multi Control, the VE.Bus Smart dongle and\/or a GX device.<\/li>\n<li>Auxiliary power input and output terminals that allow a GX device to maintain its power supply in the event of a system shutdown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.victronenergy.com\/upload\/documents\/Datasheet-VE-Bus-BMS-EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here for TECHNICAL SHEET :<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VE.Bus BMS and VE.Bus BMS V2 are battery management systems (BMS) designed to interface with and protect a single or multiple Victron Lithium Battery Smart 12.8 V &amp; 25.6 V (LiFePO4 or LFP) lithium batteries in systems that have inverters or inverters\/chargers communicating via Victron&#8217;s VE.Bus.
