Description
Main features:
- Absolute protection
The Vision series uses Line Interactive technology and provides a sine wave output. This technology provides efficiency levels of 98% and therefore reduced energy consumption. It also ensures a high level of protection against network fluctuations. The automatic voltage regulator (AVR) provides protection against sudden surges, overvoltages and undervoltages, without the intervention of the batteries. The reduced use of batteries ensures that they will be 100% available when the electricity supply network fails and are thus able to provide greater autonomy. EMI filters provide further protection against voltage spikes and changes.
When the power supply fails, the load is powered by the inverter and receives a perfect sine wave with maximum power availability and reliability. With energy conservation in mind, the Vision series features a stop button to reduce power consumption to zero during periods of prolonged inactivity.
- High availability
An EnergyShare outlet allows less sensitive peripherals to be shut down to increase battery runtime for critical loads. The batteries can be hot removed from the front panel for easy and safe maintenance of the UPS. The battery check process is used to detect any deterioration in battery performance. The deep discharge protection circuit reduces battery aging. - Flexibility
The cold start function allows the UPS to supply power to the load without the presence of a power supply. - DISPLAY LCD
Vision models feature an illuminated LCD display that provides information on UPS status, load and battery performance. - Advanced Communications
- Advanced communication platforms are compatible with all operating systems and network environments: PowerShield monitoring3 and shutdown software for Windows 8, 7, Hyper-V, 2012, 2008, and earlier, Mac OS X, Linux, VMWare ESXi, Citrix XenServer, and other Unix operating systems.
- USB or RS232 serial communication port (selectable)
- Expansion slot for communication cards
Important feature:
- Automatic restart (when the power supply is restored, after the machine has been shut down due to battery charging)
