• Flexibility of operation

Different operating modes can be programmed according to user requirements and load type in order to reduce energy consumption.
On line: maximum load protection and high quality output voltage waveform.
Economy mode: the UPS uses line interactive technology, with the load being fed from the grid, consumption is reduced and efficiency is improved (up to 98%).
Smart Active: the UPS automatically selects its operation either on-line or line-interactive, depending on the quality of the power supply, controlling the number, frequency and type of power disturbances.
Stand by Off: The UPS only powers the load when there is a power failure.
Frequency converter function (50 or 60 Hz).

• Emergency operation

This setting ensures the operation of emergency loads that need to be powered in the event of a power failure, such as emergency lighting, fire detection/fire extinguishing and alarm systems. When the power supply is interrupted, the inverter starts to supply the loads with the progressive start-up procedure in order to avoid an overload.

• Optimisation of accumulators

The Sentinel Pro series has a deep discharge protection system to optimise the battery life. At regular intervals the UPS checks the performance of the batteries (which can also be done manually). The wide input voltage range helps to reduce battery usage and maintain performance over time.

• Extension of autonomy

Optionally, battery expansion cabinets can be connected to the UPS to increase its autonomy. In addition, the Sentinel Pro series includes ER versions without internal batteries, with more powerful battery chargers for longer autonomy times.

• Low noise level

Thanks to the use of high frequency components and the control of the fan speed in relation to the load, the noise generated by the UPS is less than 40 dBA.
