Description

Fronius Reserva is a modular, expandable high-voltage battery solution. Each module has a capacity of approximately 3.15 kWh and can be combined with other modules to form total capacities (e.g. 6.3 kWh, 9.5 kWh, etc.).
The battery uses LiFePO₄ (lithium-cylophosphate) technology for better safety and longer life.
The connection to the solar / hybrid system is done through DC coupling – that is, the output from the photovoltaic goes straight to the battery with minimal conversion losses.

The 3.15 kWh module does not work alone – a complete tower including at least 2 modules is required to form a basic installation (e.g. 6.3 kWh).
The towers can be expanded with modules, and up to four towers can be paralleled for a total capacity of up to ~63.2 kWh.
The battery is DC-coupled, so the energy is transferred with little loss between the system and the battery.
The battery is only compatible with Fronius hybrid inverters (especially the GEN24 Plus, Verto Plus etc.).
Daily operation, charging/discharging as well as holistic energy management can be monitored via Fronius Solar.web and the Fronius ecosystem platform.
