Description

The Fronius Reserva BMS (Battery Management System) is the battery control/management module in the Fronius Reserva system.
Built-in IP65 (dust and water resistant) case
Support for 2 to 5 modules per tower – i.e. flexible capacity configurations can be built
Compatible with up to four stacks in parallel, for a total capacity of up to ~63 kWh
Includes protections such as overvoltage, overcurrent, DC polarity reversal, and insulation / residual current monitoring
The Fronius Reserva battery operating manual states that the BMS must be installed/disconnected in parallel from the last module in the series (i.e. the BMS is connected to the “designated” end of the gateway modules)
